A church directory with TUC members’ contact information is made available to all TUC members and you have the choice whether to include your contact information in this publication or not. If at any time you choose not to be included in the directory, please advise the church office.
A Personal Information Form (PID) may be filled out voluntarily which will record personal information that you choose to share for publication in the Church Directory. This informs includes your consent that you are aware of our Privacy Policy.
